Jakarta - The Ministry of SOEs on July 1, 2020 introduced AKHLAK as the core values ​​of SOE HR including PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) which is the manager of 19 airports in Indonesia.

AKHLAK in question is, Amanah: Hold fast the trust given; Competent: Continue to learn and develop capabilities; Harmonious: Mutual care and respect for differences; Loyal: Dedicated to and prioritizing the interests of the nation and state; Adaptive: Continue to innovate and be enthusiastic in moving or facing change; Collaborative: Build synergistic cooperation.

"AKHLAK is an important foundation for work, namely Trust, Competence, Harmony, Loyalty, Adaptive, and Collaborative, in order to realize our goals," said SOE Minister Erick Thohir.

PT Angkasa Pura II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin said AKHLAK as a core value of SOE HR would further strengthen the corporate values ​​of PT Angkasa Pura II and all of its subsidiaries and business lines (Angkasa Pura II Group).

As in line with the establishment of AKHLAK as core values, the Ministry of SOEs is also undergoing a transformation of which is related to bureaucracy through streamlining the organizational structure, BUMN clustering, and other programs in improving efficiency, GCG, and so on.

This transformation is in line with the digital transformation that is also being carried out by Angkasa Pura II Group.
