Jakarta, 7 November 2018 - Today PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) announces its plan to issue bonds through the Sustainable Public Offering of "Angkasa Pura II Continuous Bonds I Year 2018". The Underwriter, PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas.
Angkasa Pura II Phase I Year I Sustainable Bonds 2018 with a maximum nominal value of Rp. 750,000,000,000 (seven hundred fifty billion rupiahs). The bonds are divided into 2 series where Series A has a term of 3 (three) years, with a fixed interest rate of 8.50% - 9% per year. Series B has a period of 5 (five) years with a fixed interest rate of 8.75% - 9.25% per annum. Bond interest is paid every 3 (three) months in accordance with the payment date of each Bond Interest.
These bonds are rated idAAA (Triple A) from the Indonesian Securities Rating (PEFINDO).
The proceeds from the Public Offering of Angkasa Pura II Phase I I Bonds I Year 2018, after deducting emissions costs, will be used by the Company for the development and rejuvenation of the air side (including construction and development of runways, taxiways, aprons and other supporting facilities) and land side (including construction and development of terminal buildings, parking buildings, accessibility, and other supporting facilities) from airports managed by the Company.
