Tangerang - PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) ensures that the operations of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport are running normally after a number of Sriwijaya Air flights have been delayed on Thursday (7/11) yesterday.
All Sriwijaya Air passengers who had previously been detained at Soekarno-Hatta Airport have been dispatched to their respective destinations.
"Operations and flight schedules today run normally after the Sriwijaya Air flight delay yesterday," said Febri Toga Simatupang, Senior Manager of the Branch of Communication and Legal, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Friday (11/08/2019).
Previously the Executive General Manager of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Agus Haryadi along with the staff descended to the Terminal to ensure that all affected Sriwijaya Air passengers were well served.
"Yesterday, we and EGM went down to the field, watching and making sure all passengers affected by the delay could fly," said Febri.
He emphasized that all Sriwijaya Air passengers affected by the delay yesterday had been flown.
"All passengers affected by the delay were successfully flown yesterday. So there were no passengers who failed to fly. As for those diverted by as many as 5 aircraft charter aircraft," added Febri.
In total there were 12 Sriwijaya Air flights that were delayed. All passengers have received compensation from the airlines in accordance with Transportation Minister Regulation number 89 of 2015.
