Head of Internal Communications of PT Indosat Tbk (2009-2011). Born in Yogyakarta, 27 September 1956, previously served as Secretary of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (2014-2015), Director of Air Transportation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (2012-2014), Head of Sub Directorate for Air Transport Business Development & Guidance, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (2002-2012), Head of Airport Business Development & Development - DJPU (2002), Head of Data Collection & Management, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (1999-2002), Head of Analysis and Evaluation Section, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (1992-1999), Technician at the Directorate of Airport Engineering, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (1983 -1992).

Graduated in Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta. Starting his career as an engineering officer in the Directorate of the airport from 1983 until 1992 and was sworn in as Chief Analyst and Evaluation - DGCA (1992-1999) and Head of Data Collection and Process - DGCA (1999-2002), became Deputy Director of Airport Business and Development (2002-2007) and Deputy Director of Air Transport Business and Development (2007-2012) in the Directorate of Air Transport. In addition, also joined the board of commissioners of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility since September 2013.
