runs the business of airport services. The company really
comprehends the importance of maintaining the company`s
performance quality and the public`s trust. Service quality
improvement done by Angkasa Pura II through varied and
complete facilities and infrastructures in its airports has
affected public comfort in using the airport`s services.
Angkasa Pura II has also given its costumers the
protection from bad services by providing channels for
consumer complaints so as to give quick responses and
sensible solutions to them.
In its airline operations, Angkasa Pura has always
given priority to flight safety by ensuring that all airport`s
operational sectors follow and comply with the prevailing
procedures. All aspects of the company`s concern,

Angkasa Pura II has been developing its business in
airport services and improving optimal services for the
benefits of airport users through the implementation of
supporting airport services. The services are: landing
services, hangar services, airplane passenger services,
flight services, aviobridge services and counter services.
In running its business, Angkasa Pura II has always
complied with and followed the regulations and standards
related to air traffic services, whether international
(International Civil Aviation Organization/ICAO) or national
(Department of Transportation - Directorate General of
Air Transportation). The regulations and standards are
imposed so that the flight safety aspect is fulfilled and all
parties get comfort and tranquility during the flights.
The Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia
has issued several regulations related to flight safety since
2010, some of which are: Civil Aviation Safety Regulation
(CASR) Part 69 (Air Traffic Services Personnel Licensing,
Rating, Training and Proficiency Requirements), CASR
Part 170 (Air Traffic Rules), CASR Part 171 (Aeronautical
Telecommunication Service and Radio Navigation Service
Providers), and CASR Part 172 (Air Traffic Service
Providers). The implementation of these regulations
is further described and regulated by a decree of the
Directorate General of Air Transportation in the form of
Advisory Circular (AC), which include AC 69-01 (Guidance
Material and Procedures of Air Traffic Controller License
and Ratings), AC 170-02 (Manual of Air Traffic Services
Operational Procedures), and AC 171-05 (Guidance
Material of Aeronautical Telecommunication Service and
Radio Navigation Service Providers).
Air Traffic Services are a few of airport services which
Angkasa Pura II manages. Upon supporting the air traffic
service management, the Company has established Unit
Air Traffic Services (ATS) as a working unit responsible
for air traffic operations at the airport and airspace under
Angkasa Pura II responsibility. Until 2010, Angkasa Pura
gained the government of the Republic of Indonesia`s trust
to manage almost half of Indonesia`s airspace.
ATS Unit of Angkasa Pura II has programs that
include several aspects, namely: Air Traffic Services
Standardization, development of Air Traffic Services
Operations, and implementation of Air Traffic Services
Quality Assurance program. The working programs aim at
ensuring that the ATS unit operations can go on effectively
and efficiently, so as to contribute optimally to Angkasa
Pura II in the form of performance improvement in flight
safety and in unit, according to the determined KPI (Key
Performance Indicator).
Angkasa Pura II is highly committed to air traffic services
management by prioritizing flight safety and customers/
airport users` satisfaction. To realize this, Angkasa Pura II
has continuously sought to improve its service quality,
whether by empowering HR`s competence, perfecting
and supervising the compliance with work procedures, or
adding and repairing airport`s facilities and systems.

and modern supporting airport services with high-tech
facilities.
Angkasa Pura II has sought to provide services which
support airport business. The airport-related services aim
at creating security, safety and comfort for airport users
during their stay in the area of the airport. The services
include: rooms, warehouses, land and other facilities
for rent, concessionary activities, parking areas, Airport
Pass, and the provision of land for buildings, fields, and
industries, as well as for buildings supporting the smooth
air transport.
