Angkasa Pura II always conducts competency based
Human Capital (HC) development with the reason
that Angkasa Pura II realizes that competency based
HC development aims to improve the service with the
framework of creating sustainable and firm company
performance. Thus, Angkasa Pura II actively re-structure
policy and human capital system so that it is in line with
the intended strategy and target of the Company.
To reach the company vision, it is necessarily supported

Arrangement Program and having been implemented
at Head Office and branched gradually consisting
of recruitment, education and training, performance
management, and career management.
